About the Opportunity
Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a General Otolaryngologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.
Practice Highlights
- Practice Setting: Employed general Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery role within Augusta Medical Group. Outpatient clinic plus operative component at Augusta Health's main hospital campus.
- Schedule: 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day
- Call: 10 days of call per month (1/3 rotation)
- Current Staff: 9 FTE
- Clinical Volume: average annual wRVUs ~8,164 Quality/incentive- 10% of base
- Clinic Days/OR Days per week- 4 Clinic days and 1 OR Day
- Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.
Qualifications
- MD/DO with Board Certification in
- Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
- Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
Salary
Minimum Base - $530,729
Sign-on- $25,000 with 2-year commitment
Relocation - Up to $7500
CME- $4200
