Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Physician-directed schedule: 3-5 days/week with choice of hours and option to specialize
- Call: First call APPs, current physician takes all back-up call, maximum of 10 days/month (negotiable)
- Support: 1 physician, 3 APPs, 3 audiologists, 24/7 pediatric & adult hospitalists, care team model
- Specialty backup: Allergy/Immunology, Oncology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, collegial medical staff of 750 providers across 54 specialties
- Dedicated OR time: Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, Bluffton Hospital (optional)
- Independent non-profit: local decision-making, low-bureaucracy environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $600K (guaranteed beyond initial term)
- Total potential $600K-$800K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
- Call pay $600/weekday, $2,000/weekend
- Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50k Year 1, $50k Year 2)
- 5+ weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
- 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
