Job Summary and Responsibilities

As ourOtolaryngologist Physician, you will join Mercy Medical Group, a distinguished multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, directly impacting patient health at our Carmichael, California clinic. This shareholder-track opportunity empowers you to apply your broad training and comprehensive expertise across all facets of Otolaryngology, contributing to a high-quality, patient-centered medical environment within a leading healthcare system.

Every day you will diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, utilizing your full scope of practice to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population. You will manage both routine and complex ENT cases, collaborating with a robust network of over 500 healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient management. This role offers the chance to build a thriving practice within a reputable organization that supports physician growth and patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist, bringing strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering comprehensive ENT services. We welcome both experienced practitioners and new graduates who share our dedication to patient care and desire to join a collaborative, physician-led group.

We offer the following incentives to eligible new hires:

  • A highly competitive guaranteed salary ranging from $464,000 - $491,000 annually (with a two-year guarantee to shareholder status) DOE

Job Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited school
  • Completion of residency in Otolaryngology
  • BE/BC California medical license
