What You’ll Bring:
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Otolaryngology
- Valid PA license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA license
- Strong surgical skills and experience with both outpatient and inpatient ENT procedures
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in hospital and clinic environments
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities with professionalism and expertise
- Multilingual skills or additional certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in ENT
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of diverse patients safely and effectively
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to participate in 24-hour call rotations and occasional clinic hours
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts during multi-day blocks as specified
- Capable of handling night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) with resilience and professionalism
- Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing education
