Description Specialization: Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery $ Salary Estimate: $450,000 - $670,000 / year Job Summary: Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking two fellowship-trained (or equivalent experience) Head & Neck Otolaryngologists to establish and lead a comprehensive Head & Neck Surgery and Oncology program at one of the region's highest-acuity tertiary care centers. This is a unique opportunity to build a destination program with the support, surgical volume, and multidisciplinary infrastructure to care for patients with complex benign and malignant disease. This practice is designed for surgeons who enjoy challenging cases and want to practice at the top of their specialty. Complex head and neck oncologic surgery Thyroid and parathyroid surgery Airway reconstruction and advanced airway management Salivary gland surgery Trauma and facial/neck injury management as part of a Level II Trauma Center Skull base and anterior cervical exposure in collaboration with Neurosurgery Multidisciplinary care alongside Surgical Oncology, Neurosurgery, Medical Oncology, Plastic Surgery, and Critical Care Opportunity to develop a regional referral program and shape the future of head and neck care in Southern Nevada This position offers an ideal balance of elective surgical practice, multidisciplinary oncology care, inpatient consultative services, and trauma coverage.
