Opportunity Highlights

* Join the team of 5 physicians

* 1:6 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call +$

* Operate with DaVinci Robot XI

* Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days

* Average 25 OR cases/month per provider; average 30-35 clinic visits/day

* Perform surgeries at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus

* Weekly outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network

Opportunity Details

* Salary: $478,150/year + production; $72,000 bonus package/year for 2 years

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
