    Opportunity Highlights

    Patient Mix: Choose your ideal practice - Adults only, or a blended Adult and Pediatric panel
    Case Mix: General Otolaryngology with opportunities in Head & Neck Surgery and/or Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
    Built-In Patient Base: Hit the ground running with a robust, established referral network
    Schedule: Full-time | 2-3 office days + 2-3 OR days per week
    Patient Volume: ~40 patients/day | 750-850 ENT cases annually
    Call Schedule: 7-12 days/month with opportunities for additional call and supplemental compensation
    Culture: Collegial, supportive team environment with deep collective experience and expertise
    Locations:3 practice sites across Middlesex County
    Dedicated Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, PAs, Surgical Coordinators, and Schedulers
    Leadership:Transparent, accessible administration that values open dialogue and collaboration

    Requirements:
    Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited residency and/or fellowship.
    Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board.
    MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
    CDS and DEA license
    Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance

    Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 125,000.00 - 750,000.00 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patientengagement/quality.
