- Shift: Clinic (8:00 am–5:00 pm), Surgical Center (8:30 am–4:00 pm), Night Call (5:00 pm–8:00 am), 24-hour Weekend Call (8:00 am–8:00 am)
- Hours per week: 40 hours (plus OT after 9 hours/day)
- Employment Type: Locum tenens
- Licensure: Active Oregon medical license, DEA required
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Pediatric Otolaryngology experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Compensation details discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do- Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric ENT care at a renowned facility
- Work clinics on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; surgical center duties on Thursday
- Handle on-call responsibilities via a phone app, including ED and established patient calls
- Attend to NICU airway evaluations
- Participate in a team-oriented environment supporting both pediatric and adult patients
- Collaborate with Providence Newberg for call privileges and Providence St. Vincent for clinic work
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements
What You Need- Active Oregon medical license and DEA registration
- Board certification in ENT (BE/BC)
- BLS certification
- Pediatric ENT experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Flexibility for scheduled weekly commitments and call duties
