Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Qualifications must be met at time of appointment
