OTR CDL-A Flatbed Driver | Earn $2,400–$3,000/Week | Nationwide

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers for nationwide over-the-road freight. This position offers excellent earning potential, late-model equipment, and consistent freight for drivers who are comfortable hauling flatbed and step deck loads.

Drivers haul machinery, steel coils, lumber, and other flatbed freight. While freight is 100% no-touch, drivers are responsible for load securement and tarping.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: $2,400–$3,000
• Choose your pay plan:
  • $0.85 CPM, or
  • 30% of gross revenue
• $50 tarp pay
• $50 extra stop pay
• $25/hour detention pay (after 3 hours, when eligible)
• $100/day layover pay (when applicable)
• Direct deposit every Tuesday

Home Time

• 3 weeks out / 3 days home
• Florida-based drivers: 4 weeks out / 4 days home

Job Details

• OTR flatbed and step deck freight
• Haul machinery, lumber, steel coils, and general flatbed freight
• Approximately 30% drop-and-hook freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• Load securement and tarping required
• Operate throughout the continental U.S. (excluding California)

Equipment

• 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadia & Volvo VNL tractors
• Automatic transmissions
• APU and inverter
• Qualcomm communication system
• Inward and outward-facing safety cameras

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 8 months of recent OTR flatbed or step deck experience within the last 18 months
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Maximum 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years
• Ability to safely secure and tarp loads
• Must meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
