Looking for consistent miles, dependable pay, and modern equipment? We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road dry van position based in Dallas, TX.
This position offers 100% no-touch freight, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a guaranteed weekly minimum pay program for qualified drivers. You'll operate newer model equipment while running freight throughout the continental U.S., primarily east of Interstate 35.
Pay & Compensation
- Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,200 or mileage pay (whichever is greater when program requirements are met)
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 after first dispatched load
- $500 after Month 1
- $500 after Month 2
- $500 after Month 3
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Weekly direct pay
- Experienced-based CPM pay structure
Home Time & Schedule
- Home every 12 days with 2 full days at home
- OTR operation covering all 48 states
- Primary freight operates east of I-35
- No forced dispatch into New York City or its five boroughs
What You'll Do
- Haul dry van freight throughout the continental U.S.
- Transport 100% no-touch freight
- Operate a mix of:
- 50–60% drop-and-hook freight
- 40–50% live unload freight
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices
- Deliver freight on time while providing professional customer service
Equipment
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
- Late-model fleet
- Well-maintained equipment designed for long-haul operations
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum first-seat driving experience required
- Ability to run OTR routes throughout all 48 states
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
