Operational Profile:
- Weekly Mileage: High-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles.
- Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch; roughly 60% consists of Drop & Hook.
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner models.
- Route Policy: No forced dispatch to New York City.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Rate:$0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Experience-based).
- Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,500 (Top earners reach $1,750+).
- Sign-On:$2,000 Total ($500 paid after the initial load).
- Support: 24/7 technical and dispatch assistance.

Minimum Hiring Criteria:

- Screening: Must pass all DOT-required drug and physical examinations.
