Position Overview
ADM Trucking, Inc. is seeking dependable Class A CDL Tanker Drivers for local and over-the-road (OTR) positions based in Decatur, IL.
As a driver, you will safely and efficiently transport primarily food-grade products while providing reliable service to our customers. Drivers are responsible for planning and managing each trip, including fuel stops, breaks, customer appointments, weather, traffic, construction, and varying city and rural driving conditions.
The position requires extended periods of sitting while operating equipment and may involve a variety of equipment, including:
+ Semi trucks
+ Tanker trailers
+ Dry vans
+ Pneumatic trailers
+ Intermodal equipment
Drivers are responsible for safely loading and unloading products in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Schedule
OTR drivers typically start their work week on Sunday or Monday and return home every weekend .
Because our customers depend on timely deliveries, drivers must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Weekly mileage may fluctuate based on customer demand and operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
+ Safely load and unload products according to company and customer procedures.
+ Plan routes and trips while accounting for fuel, breaks, appointments, weather, traffic, and construction.
+ Adapt to changing conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
+ Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, company, and customer requirements.
+ Follow regulations and guidelines established by FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL .
+ Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach while representing ADM Trucking, Inc.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Must be 21 years of age or older .
+ Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
+ Must be able to obtain a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement within 60–90 days of hire ..
+ No more than 1 chargeable accident within the past 3 years .
+ No more than 3 employers/jobs within the past 3 years .
+ No more than 1 moving violation within the past 3 years .
+ Ability and willingness to comply with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
