Position: Class A Truck Diver Mentor

Hiring States: TX, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, TN, AR, MS, LA, OK, KS, IA, WI, IN,OH, PA, MO, IL, MI, AL.

Contract: Company Driver (w2 with benefits) or Lease Purchase (inquiry for lease details)

salary listed is expected for the first year with potential for much more.

Trucks: Pete 579-Fridge, APU, Inverter

This is an over-the-road position hauling dry van no-touch freight with new class drivers for 3 to 4 weeks at a time, with 34 days off in between runs. This will be a combination of CPM, flat-priced bonuses per mentee at different stages and a rolling CPM for miles the driver runs for up to a year for you. There is residual income for you besides the miles you run. 2nd-year potential income greatly increases. This position is set up to pay you more with every successful driver you help get started in their career, with a combination of getting paid three ways on a weekly paycheck. So there is no waiting for your money.

We require a minimum of 3 months of over-the-road experience with dry van, reefers, and tankers. 53ft trailers. Decent driving record. We are looking for about 20 drivers.
