At Rehab Strategies, we specialize in helping patients regain independence in daily living skills. Our therapy team is passionate about creating personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions that promote independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and in the community.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred.
