You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your clients to understand their business and personal needs to recommend the best coverage options. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewing policies, processing claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
