They're built by leaders who create environments where children feel they belong, staff are empowered to thrive, and every day is an opportunity to grow. As an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator, you will:Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to growCoach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills, build confidence, foster friendships, and develop young leaders.Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child. Starting Pay: $15.65/hour Position Details: Must be available Monday - Friday for AM & PM shiftsShift hours: 630am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm (varies by location)Serve children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at one of our partner Stark County school district locations What You'll Need:OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.Ability to pass a background checkAt least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required) Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience with staff development & school-age childrenBasic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice ***Regional YMCA Membership.
