Out of School Enrichment Coordinator

As an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator, you will:
- Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow
- Coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills, build confidence, foster friendships, and develop young leaders.
- Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child.
Starting Pay: $15.65/hour
Position Details:
- Must be available Monday - Friday for AM & PM shifts
- Shift hours: 630am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm (varies by location)
- Serve children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at one of our partner Stark County school district locations
What You'll Need:
- OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required)
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience with staff development & school-age children
- Basic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
