Job Description Job Title: Out of School Time Program Manager/Youth Coordinator Department: Child Thrive FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Chicago, IL 60651 Salary Range: $38,000-$40,000 SUMMARY The Out of School Time Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of day-to-day programs during out of school time. The OST Program Manager will work with the Child Thrive Director and other program managers to identify and recruit at risk youth in the community and Children’s Place Association programs most likely to benefit from Child Thrive OST programs. The OST Program Manager will work with Child Thrive Director to develop appropriate program relationships. the Development team to recruit mentors and will screen, orient and train mentors. The employee must be able to read and write English at a level to fill out food orders, read catalogs and maintain temperature logs.
