Position Overview
Roseville Area Schools Community Education is seeking dependable, energetic, and caring staff to work in our Out of School Time programs serving students in grades K8.
Youth Workers help create safe, welcoming, and engaging environments before and after school. Staff build positive relationships with students, lead activities, support daily routines, and work collaboratively with their site team.
Multiple positions are available at elementary and middle school sites throughout Roseville Area Schools.
Schedule
This is a part-time, MondayFriday position. Shift times vary based on the assigned school location.
Morning shifts:
Approximately 6:30 or 7:00 a.m.9:00 or 9:30 a.m.
Afternoon shifts:
Approximately 1:45, 3:00, or 3:45 p.m.5:30 or 6:00 p.m.
Applicants should be available to work a consistent schedule at least three to four days per week.
Preference may be given to applicants who can work both morning and afternoon shifts. Morning-only or afternoon-only schedules may also be considered based on applicant availability and program staffing needs.
No weekend hours are required.
Staff must also be available for scheduled staff meetings, activity-planning time, required training, and continuing education. Employees will be paid for required meetings, training, and work-related planning time.
