Key Responsibilities:

• Outage Planning:
• • Develop strategic outage schedules in collaboration with senior management and project leaders.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational requirements.
• Resource Allocation & Leveling:
• • Strategically allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize project performance.
  • Balance resource distribution to prevent over-allocation or underutilization.
• Critical Path Management:
• • Identify, monitor, and manage the critical path of the outage to prevent project delays.
  • Implement proactive measures to keep critical tasks on track.
• Progress Monitoring & Change Management:
• • Continuously analyze and update outage schedules, tracking progress and addressing deviations.
  • Assess schedule changes, evaluate their impact, and communicate adjustments to project teams.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• • Ensure that all outage activities adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of outage schedules, changes, and performance reports.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
• • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior outage coordinators.
  • Share best practices and support team development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• • 10-15 years of experience in outage coordination and project management, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
• • Expertise in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex scheduling issues.
• Communication & Leadership:
