Job Title: Outage Coordinator 
Job Duration: Temp-direct (520-hour conversion)
Est. Pay Range: $75 to $85/hr on w2 
Work Type: Hybrid
Work hours: 7am-4pm (or as-needed)
Work days: Mon-Fri

Overview/ Responsibilities:
Outage Coordinators Level 3:
The typical job duties that the Outage Coordinators may provide include, but are not limited to, the following: 
•Provide planning and coordination support for outages required for projects within the Capital Portfolio.
•Participates in constructability reviews with the project team
•Collaborate with Transmission Maintenance, Transmission Projects, Electric Operations, Control Centers (i.E. CONVEX, ESCC, etc.), System Operations Center (SOC), Vegetation Management, generators, and others as appropriate.
•Leading/supporting Capital Portfolio Monthly Outage Coordination Meetings.
•Attends Single Contingency Load Loss (SCLL) committee meetings and resolves committee concerns that may impact project outage requests.
•Develop and maintain outage sequence plan diagrams and schedules.
•Track progress of outage review and approvals.
•Provide timely and regular (e.G., weekly) outage schedule/status updates to Project Managers and Construction Representatives.
•Support the project team to align project schedules and scope with outage plans.
•Attend meetings and/or field visits as requested by project teams.
•Provide Outage Coordination with all post outage closeout notifications.

The Outage Planners will require access to iTOA and DCR and will not create or submit outage/permit requests in iTOA or DCR systems without successful completion of appropriate trainings or demonstration of understanding of policies and procedures, specifically, switching and tagging procedures. 

Experience and Education:
20+ years of experience.
