We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound activities that drive growth of core service and solution offerings. This role focuses on generating qualified meetings and leads for the field sales organization, directly impacting lifecycle solutions and services growth. The position collaborates closely with Field Sales, Digital Service teams, and Project groups in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Variable compensation is tied to achieving qualified lead and meeting targets.
Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting activities including lead identification, outreach, and conversion
Manage prospecting for an assigned territory in partnership with Inside Sales and Account Executives
Develop and execute quarterly territory plans to achieve assigned quotas
Conduct account and prospect research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, and similar tools
Perform outbound lead generation via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media messaging
Grow territory by adding new contacts and accounts through proactive networking
Collaborate with Account Executives on outbound strategies and campaign execution
Coordinate with Inbound SDRs on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
Experience working in high-growth or startup environments with the ability to adapt quickly
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Clear, confident communicator with strong listening and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to manage priorities and work independently in an outbound sales role
Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting tools
