Outbound caller / escrow processing assistant

Looking for a job where you are an important member of a small team whose actions matter? We have that position. We are seeking a a full-time outbound caller / escrow processing assistant for a busy real estate title company office in our Harvey office. In this role, you would be one of the first contacts from our company to people who are buying or selling real estate, and you would work with them to understand the process, verify information and coordinate activities through closing.

Job Requirements:

> Handle a multi-line telephone environment

> Extreme accuracy and patience with clients as you verify information

> Maintain client information with absolute confidentiality

> Manage and multi-task across various activities that change daily

> Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to and from the office

> Able to effectively work with different types of people with a variety of real estate questions

> Must be pleasant and personable both with clients and staff

> Professional demeanor and dress required

> Must pass a background and pre-employment drug screen

Skills and Experience Needed:

> At least one year of experience in a high call volume environment

> Able to accurately take and verify information for real estate documents and closings

> Experience working with legal and real estate documents

> Title company or Real Estate Brokerage experience strongly preferred
