LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ (Must reside near the Phoenix area

SALARY: $19.00/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 6 am – 6 pm (MST) | Long-term

THE ROLE

This is an outbound call center role focused on proactive customer communication. Team members will contact clients by phone and email to provide timely updates regarding the status of their orders. Working from a prioritized queue, they will review order information, communicate progress updates, address customer inquiries, and ensure clients remain informed throughout the process. This role requires accurate documentation of all customer interactions, utilizing internal systems to track outreach efforts, maintain detailed records, and update order statuses.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding order status updates and timelines.
  • Send follow-up emails and maintain ongoing communication with customers as needed.
  • Review and manage a prioritized list of customer orders.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems.
  • Research order status and provide clear, professional updates.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and support customer needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Previous customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers.
