On our 2nd shift, you’ll be the hub of outbound activity—lining up carriers, finalizing paperwork, and partnering with a tight-knit shipping team to keep products moving on time and stored correctly when they’re not. You’ll switch seamlessly between quoting, negotiating, and documenting, keeping sharp records as you go.

What you’ll handle

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and carriers, addressing questions and resolving shipment-related issues.
• Build and present accurate shipping quotes for customers.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with couriers and carriers.
• Create precise shipping documentation tailored to customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain meticulous shipment records and system entries.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure requests are processed quickly and goods are shipped on time or stored properly.
• Pitch in with general Shipping Clerk tasks as needed.

Experience

• Shipping & Receiving: 1–3 years (Preferred)
