ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Joining Monica Conroy - GEICO Local Office as a Outbound Sales Dialer means becoming an essential part of a growing and customer-focused insurance agency. Your initiative, people skills, and ability to connect with customers will help strengthen our presence in the community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering customer needs, presenting thoughtful insurance solutions, and working toward clear sales objectives.

This is a great introductory role to the insurance industry! Many strong insurance agents started as entry-level dialers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seek out and develop new business through lead generation and referrals.
• Cold call provided leads to match customers with appropriate products and set appointments. 
• Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service.
• Keep records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments.
