Position Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Intern, you will assist in identifying and generating potential leads through high-volume outbound calling. These leads will be passed to Acquisition Managers for further qualification and potential deal closure. This is a performance-driven role offering direct exposure to the company's sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using the provided lead lists
Engage prospective clients and gather qualification details
Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM system
Maintain daily call volume and activity benchmarks
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
