Outbound Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is growing our sales team in Henderson, NV, and we're looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representative who are comfortable talking with customers and ready to learn.No previous sales experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we'll provide the training and leads to help you get started.Why Join Our Sales Team?

• $12.00/hour guaranteed base pay + UNCAPPED commission
• Full-time position
• Weekly pay
• Paid training
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Typical hours of approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Leads provided — spend your time selling, not searching for prospects
• Ongoing coaching and support

What You'll DoAs an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll speak with residential customers about available energy options and help identify solutions that fit their needs.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to residential customers
• Explaining available energy products and services
• Recommending appropriate solutions
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Accurately documenting calls and customer information in our CRM
