Our guests already paid for a vacation and haven't done anything with it. That's where you come in. You'll call them up, get them excited, and help them lock in the trip they forgot they had. We'll train you on everything—just bring the energy!
SCHEDULE
- Full-time,in-office positions
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
THE ROLE
- Call guests who have purchased a vacation package but haven't booked their trip yet
- Get them excited and keep them on the line
- Help them pick destinations, dates, and package details
- Turn "I'll call you back" into a finalized reservation and collect payment on the spot
- Use proven scripts to build urgency and secure the booking
- Bring energy to every call
- Hit your daily and weekly performance goals

WHO'S A GOOD FIT
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers on the phone
- Thick-skinned—you don't let rejection slow you down
- Comfortable being measured on your results
- Reliable and on time
- Open to coaching and feedback
- 18+ years old
- Prior customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus—not required
