Outbound Sales Representatives

Point CX Solutions is hiring motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing Henderson team.

If you enjoy talking to people, working toward goals, and earning commission based on your performance, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in sales.

No sales experience? No problem — we provide paid training and are willing to train motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay & Schedule

• $12/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Weekly pay
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must have open availability)

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to residential customers
• Educate customers on energy supply options
• Build rapport and overcome objections
• Enroll qualified customers into available programs
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Track activity using company systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

• Sales
• Customer service
• Call center experience
• Retail or hospitality experience
