This role sits inside Bolt Coaching, our B2B arm, where we help entrepreneurs, couples, and leaders unlock the same transformation principles that built the brand. THE ROLE

You're the first voice a prospective coaching client hears, and you set the tone for everything that follows. Every call you take is a stranger's chance to discover a program they didn't know they needed. Your job: open that door, qualify the right prospects, and hand them off to the sales team with a scheduled conversation already on the books.

Here's what you'll learn fast, because every top performer here learns it fast: a "want" becomes a "need" the moment someone actually understands what Bolt Coaching delivers. You're not selling. You're translating.

This is a B2B outbound setter role, not a guest-booking or hospitality position. You own one outcome (booked, qualified appointments with prospective coaching clients) and you own it completely. No hiding behind "the leads were bad" or "the script didn't work." If the number's off, you find out why and you fix it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run outbound dialing campaigns against targeted prospect lists, using proven scripts and talking points to qualify potential coaching clients and schedule appointments

• Send strategic SMS outreach, track engagement, and follow up with purpose and precision, not spray-and-pray

• Show up fully for daily coaching and training. This is non-negotiable and it's where top performers are made

• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM and own your metrics like they're your paycheck, because they are

• Compete to win, every day, against your own numbers and everyone else's

Experience & skills

• B2B sales development, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred

• Comfortable in a CRM and standard sales tooling

• A real interest in coaching, personal development, or the entrepreneurial space is a genuine edge here, it shows up in how you connect with prospects

AI fluency

• This is a frontline role: L1 AI fluency expected at hire (comfortable using AI tools to prep calls, draft follow-ups, and work smarter), with a 90-day, company-funded ramp to L2. We're not asking you to already know everything, we're asking you to be someone who picks it up fast.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $2,500/month ($30,000 annually)

• Commission: $75 per closed appointment you set

• Performance bonuses: additional performance-based incentives available monthly

• On-target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$78,000 annually for top performers, commission is where this role really pays

To land at the top of that range, you're setting roughly 40 appointments a month. Our best setters do more. There's no ceiling engineered into this, your effort sets your income, plainly and directly.

GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT
