This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with people, following a structured process, and maintaining accurate records. This is not a sales position. Instead, you will contact prospective customers to determine their interest in learning more about the company's products or services.
Qualified candidates should:
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day
- Possess strong data entry and computer skills
- Have experience using CRM systems or be willing to learn
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Be able to follow scripts and established procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude on every call
- Have previous customer service, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred but not required
ResponsibilitiesAs an Outbound Telemarketing Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients and help generate interest for future business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a company CRM database
- Following provided scripts to guide conversations
- Determining customer interest in receiving additional information
- Updating the CRM system with accurate notes and call outcomes
- Sending marketing materials and information to interested prospects
- Maintaining detailed and organized customer records
- Providing a professional and positive experience during every interaction
- Meeting daily activity and documentation expectations
