What You'll Do
- Actively monitor outdoor pools to ensure guest safety
- Anticipate risks and prevent accidents before they happen
- Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies
- Perform rescues and administer first aid, CPR, or AED when needed
- Enforce safety rules in a professional, positive manner
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
- Create welcoming, friendly interactions with guests and families
- Support programs and special events

Requirements
- Active American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to enforce safety standards consistently
- Knowledge of Emergency Action Plans (training provided)
Outdoor Role Expectations
- Work outside in the sun, heat, and changing weather
- Remain alert for extended periods
- Assist guests in and out of the water when necessary
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Participate in monthly in-service training
