We don't talk about it — we're about it. We're a vibrant mix of people and perspectives who believe in the power of diverse thought, real relationships, and bold ideas. With decades of experience and deep industry connections, we help brands break through the noise and make meaningful impact.
Proudly B Corp certified and WBENC women-owned, we hold ourselves to high standards while having a great time doing it. Our crew includes runners, snowboarders, skiers, hikers, campers, yogis, artists, foodies, anglers, climbers, travelers, photographers, and all-around good-times enthusiasts. We want people to go far and feel awesome doing it.
Our Commitment
Obviouslee is a diverse and inclusive workplace that values people from all backgrounds, life experiences, and identities. Diversity enriches our company culture and our work, so we look for culture additions, not culture fits. We are committed to being a proactive, anti-racist organization that takes a stand to make a difference and improve the lives of all.
The Role
Obviouslee is looking for a PR Manager who lives and breathes the outdoor industry, its communities, and the stories that move them. You don't just follow the outdoor world; you're part of it, bringing a genuine connection to the people, places, gear, and values our brands represent.
You know how to spot a story that lands, from product launches and gear reviews to founder narratives, impact work, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments. You understand the rhythms of outdoor PR: launch windows, review cycles, media events, field testing, trade shows, and the relationships that build long-term brand relevance.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can own the day-to-day PR engine, bring smart ideas forward, and work closely with clients, strategists, coordinators, and internal teams to keep momentum moving.

- Clear, thoughtful writer with strong instincts for storytelling and media relevance
- Able to turn products, founders, and brand missions into compelling stories and media angles
- Strong client management, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
