Responsibilities -----------------

• Perform diverse quality-related functions ensuring efficient execution of operational equipment and support tasks.
• Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products.
• Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools ensuring precise and accurate product inspection.
• Collaborate effectively with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators providing essential support for daily activities including product shipment preparation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications ---------------------

### Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

### Technical Skills

• Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• General computer literacy with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate specialized inspection tools.

### Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

### Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, which includes wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves).
• Flexibility and willingness to work a compressed schedule, including night shifts, overtime, and holidays as required.
• TSMC Arizona operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position requires the candidate to have the ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule once training is done. The compressed work week shift structure is Work 4 days on 3 days off for one week and 3 days on 4 days off the next week. Shift is 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.
