What You'll Do

As an Outlet Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process—from greeting and discovery to closing the sale and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and productivity goals
• Earn performance bonuses for surpassing sales expectations
• Develop strong product knowledge of clearance and special-order merchandise
• Greet customers in a retail showroom environment and confidently guide them through the buying process
• Build rapport and identify customer needs to recommend products and solutions
• Educate customers on product condition, features, pricing, and value
• Prepare and present pricing clearly and accurately
• Be responsible for all aspects of the sale from initial greeting through closing
• Accurately enter customer and sales information into company systems
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to support sales and customer satisfaction
• Represent the Klingman's brand with professionalism and integrity
• Utilize company technology to ensure accurate ordering and communication
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and sales team members
• Maintain showroom standards and operational excellence
• Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
• Cell phone required
• Willingness to work extended hours when business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience
• Experience selling furniture, mattresses, or other large-ticket retail products
• Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment

Physical Requirements
