Practice with full autonomy alongside a stable, tenured core of surgeons and staff; group covers all overhead, billing, and credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert anesthesia care (general, MAC, regional) optimized for same-day discharge and rapid turnover.
• Perform comprehensive pre-op evaluations, real-time intra-operative management, and attentive PACU oversight with digital EMR documentation.
• Partner with surgical teams to streamline OR flow while upholding rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
• Commit to 5 consistent weekdays, with flexibility to swap shifts within the group as needed.
Qualifications:
• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited residency; fellowship training welcomed but not required.
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology (active certification mandatory).
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (assistance provided for relocation/licensure).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient anesthesia experience; pediatric proficiency required.
• Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
