    Overview:

    Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director

    Location: Houston, TX (North Shore)

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

    Compensation: Starting at $80,000 and up! (pending experience)

    Incentives: $20,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

    Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in North Shore is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

     

    Our specialty programs include vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, and sports medicine on top of general orthopedics. We have the country's largest continuing education program and a six-month leadership program to offer you clinical and professional growth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
    • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
    • Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
    • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
    • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
    • Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
    • CPR certification
