What You’ll Do
  • Perform peripheral blood draws, IV placements, and line management (including PICC lines and ports)
  • Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and immunizations
  • Assist with oncologic emergencies (tumor lysis syndrome, cytokine release syndrome)
  • Monitor and manage central and peripheral lines, ensuring infection prevention protocols
  • Conduct patient assessments, documentation via EPIC, and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive oncology care
  • Follow safety procedures to reduce infection risks and prevent patient falls

What You Need
  • Active BLS certification
  • Experience in IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, and line management
  • Ability to perform blood draws and manage central/peripheral lines
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred but not required: oncology experience involving lab draws, IV insertions, and port access
