What Youll Do

Provide infusion therapy to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as GU cancers, hematology conditions, and sarcomas.
Administer chemotherapy safely following all protocols and safety standards.
Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient responses and manage any adverse reactions during infusion sessions.
Educate patients about treatments, side effects, and post-care instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.

What You Need
Required:

Ohio RN license
BLS certification
Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC)
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient infusion nursing experience
Proficiency in EPIC documentation system

Preferred:

Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
Knowledge of oncology and hematology treatments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
