 Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes, schedules, re-schedules, makes reminder calls and back-fills appointments.  
  • Collects co-pays, financial and demographic information.
  • Develops, edits, and maintains paperwork, and reports.
  • Provides clerical support to the team.
 Qualifications:     
  • Two or more years’ experience working in a medical office environment. 
  • Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently. 
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
