Description
Eliot is seeking dedicated fee-for-service Behavioral Health Clinicians to join our outpatient clinic team.
Eliots Outpatient Clinic provides evidence-based evaluation, counseling, and medication management for children, families, and adults with mental health and substance use needs. In this role, you will provide therapy and support to individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exceptional team of dedicated and skilled practitioners working with a wide range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Complete diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive assessments, safety and risk assessments, and implement treatment planning, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy, as clinically indicated.
Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions which best address specific problem areas, as identified in the client's treatment plan.
Provide therapy to individuals and families, including specialized treatments like integrated dual diagnosis and self-management plans.
Participate, when clinically indicated, in treatment collaborative meetings.
Complete all necessary documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) on time, ensuring it meets medical necessity standards.
Maintain consistent expected productivity outcomes, which averages a minimum of 16 client treatment hours per week, with a monthly review.
Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision for clinicians working toward licensure and no less than monthly for licensed clinicians.
Qualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field
Preferred licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW)
Doctorate in Psychology and Licensed Eligible in Massachusetts
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Schedule:
Varies and requires a minimum of 16 hours of billable productivity per week (requires one in-office day per week)
