As an Outpatient Group Clinician, you'll facilitate engaging, clinically sound group sessions that support clients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and transformative space where clients can explore recovery through a whole-person approach-mind, body, and spirit.

Your Role:

• Facilitate PHP, IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
• Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
• Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed.
• Provide crisis management as needed.
• Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner.
• Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required.
• Holds and maintains independent or provisional licensure as an LCSW/LMSW, LPC/LPC-A, or LMFT/LMFT-A in the state of Connecticut, required.
• Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.

Compensation:

Rates vary based on the nature of the work performed (clinical vs. non-clinical responsibilities), as well as experience and credentials. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is not a fee-for-service position.

• Non-clinical hours: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
• Clinical hours: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
