Overseeing 30+ FTEs across nursing, clinical, and support teams, the Manager will provide direct leadership, coaching, and development while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Direct people-management experience with a clinical team of 15 or more FTEs will be important for success in this role.
The Manager will partner closely with three physicians and three NP/Physician Assistants, as well as the existing Nurse Manager and Practice Manager, to optimize clinical workflows, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure staff confidence and engagement. This leader will serve as a trusted operational partner to the clinical team and help create consistency across the practice.

The Manager will help establish scalable workflows and operational processes that position the Infusion Service Line for continued growth.
The Manager will be a hands-on clinical leader who can step into operations and provide support during emergencies when needed. Current chemotherapy competency, preferably through ONS, and strong clinical credibility within an outpatient infusion environment will be essential to effectively support the team.
This leader will maintain a stable, fully staffed workforce while driving operational performance, efficiency, and scalability. The Manager will identify opportunities to improve workflows, support appropriate staffing, and ensure the team has the resources and processes needed to deliver exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience specifically within an ambulatory medical oncology/hematology physician practice and outpatient infusion setting. Epic experience is also important to supporting effective clinical and operational workflows.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, working leader who is comfortable with being highly visible and hands-on while maintaining a collaborative leadership style.
