Responsibilities and Duties- Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
- Manage a steady caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and community providers when needed
- Participate in occasional team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Skills- Fully licensed or pre-licensed clinicians working toward PA licensure are encouraged to apply
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and telehealth platforms
