We are currently hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our growing team in Redwood City, CA.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per company guidelines
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical professionals, and community partners as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, team consultations, and continuing education
- Offer culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Support the clinic’s mission of expanding access and reducing barriers to care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse client populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical standards
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort with technology (Valant experience a plus)
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid model (in-person in Redwood City and telehealth)
- Credentialed with insurance panels is a plus—but not required
