We are seeking passionate and unique Licensed Therapists to join us at Ellie in Warrington , PA .

Responsibilities and Duties 
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy 
  • For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-27 client visits per week 
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community 
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals 
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol 
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed 
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings 
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture  
Required Qualifications and Skills  
  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates MUST have one of the following clinical license as a LPC, LCSW , or LMFT .
  • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes 
  • Looking for 2 years experience with providing mental health treatment with children, teens & adults
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner 
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients 
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base 
  •  Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!) 
  • Ability to pass a background check 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills 
  • Fully licensed mental health professional ( LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania   
  • Providers offering individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities.  Clinicians may offer EMDR, DBT, Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, or other specific modalities.  Overall, practice includes play-based and interactive methods, regular caregiver involvement and/or family therapy, and tailored approaches that meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents or adults.
  • Availability to work afternoon and evenings and/or Saturdays
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation 
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
