Arbor Place, Inc. is seeking a passionate and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Menomonie, WI. Position Overview As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations Providing individual, family, and potentially group therapy services Developing treatment plans with effective, evidence-based interventions Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, contributes positively to workplace culture, and is passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and healing. Qualifications include:

Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
