Patients include people with everyday aches and pains, athletes, and car and work accident victims. Everyone we see is unique, and we take the time to listen and develop a proper diagnosis. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
100% Outpatient PM&R – No Call
Conduct New/Established patient evaluations, Refer for diagnostic X-rays and/or MRI's, Develop treatment plans as indicated such as Physical therapy Prescriptions, Joint/Soft-tissue injections with/without ultrasound,
Medication Prescriptions, Surgical/Specialist Referrals, Electrodiagnostic testing, Perform or Refer for Interventional Pain/Spine Procedures, Document with Electronic Health Records, etc.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
M.D./D.O. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
Basic EMG skills or enthusiasm to hone skills with on-the-job mentorship
MSK Ultrasound and/or Interventional skills a plus but not required
SOFT SKILLS
Exceptional attention to detail.
Wonderful bedside manner.
Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
Effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand the urgency of the needs of your patients.
Organized, personable, compassionate. Bilingual or Willing to Work with Interpreter for non-English speaking patients
COMPENSATION Base Salary starting at $250k annually (Full-Time) or hourly rate ~ 140-160/hr (Part-Time) (PAID on W2 means no self-employment taxes!) depending on experience and skillset + Productivity Bonus!
